Returns & Policies
Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. At this time we do not accept returns on international orders.
If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase you must include the original packing slip. Without your packing slip, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.
Returns must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original tags and packaging attached.

Final Sale Items:
- Furniture, lighting, rugs or any consigned items are considered final sale.
- Styles personalized through our monogramming program are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items discounted by 30% or more cannot be returned.
- Lipsticks, glosses, and fragrance removed from packaging, as are final sale only and cannot be returned.
